Blakrok was started by people who spent their careers on concentrator floors. We saw what worked and what didn't — contractors who showed up under-resourced, scopes that drifted, schedules that slipped, paperwork that mattered more than the work.
We built a different kind of company. One that runs lean on management overhead, invests in supervisors and trades, and builds long-term relationships with the maintenance leaders who trust us to come back next swing.
Today we mobilise multi-discipline crews for shutdowns and ongoing maintenance scopes across Western Australia, with a full SMPP and MEI capability and the workshop and engineering support behind it.
